The September 2023 Conference Meeting of Presbytery was addressed by Katie McLean who is the Refuge and Asylum Manager for Aberdeenshire Council. Katie has worked over a number of years with the resettlement of refugees in Aberdeenshire, including with Syrian New Scots and Ukrainian families. She is currently working to provide support around asylum seekers. She shared her insights on how communities can help with integration as part of an extremely informative address.
