Day of Prayer - 29th November 2025

https://www.churchofscotland.org.uk/worship/prayers/national-day-of-prayer

We are inviting Presbytery to participate in a national Day of Prayer on Saturday 29th November 2025.  If you would like to sign up for one of the hour-long slots during the day, please email the Presbytery Office.  You can sign up as an individual or as part of a group.  Perhaps you could like to invite others in the Presbytery to come and join you.  We will be sharing details of the wave of prayer happening in the Presbytery closer to the day.

You can also join in at the beginning of the day or the end with the livestreaming organised by FAPLT.

Here are some resources that can be used on the day: RESOURCES

A small team, comprising Miss Margaret King DCS, Rev Dr Amy Bender, Mr Iain Stoddart, Rev Dr John Cook and Rev Stella McBurnie, promote prayer through our Presbytery.  One of their tasks is to generate a monthly prayer diary and you will find editions below.

Rev Dr John Cook has offered to receive prayer requests from across the Presbytery for the prayer diary.  We pray for a number of congregations each month.

You can download editions below.
